NTL Standard Screen Cart / Rack

NTL carts are manufactured from precision laser cut steel parts, and manufactured specifically for screen printing shops. These carts will be a valuable asset and handy work companion in your shop for years and years to come!!

Features:

• This cart is designed to place the Shocker© & Kicker© 1 station presses at the perfect printing height. Works great with nearly any other brands of 1 station tabletop presses as well. (not recommend for multi-station tabletop presses)
• Holds 13 Screens, that’s 3 more than other similar carts on the market!
• Holds 20x24 and 23x31 screens (23x31 screens will stick out of the rack slightly)
• Holds screens up to 2” thick. Works great with Wood, Aluminum, and Newman Roller Frames!
• Four Heavy Duty Caster Wheels with Locking Brakes for portability around your shop.
• Wheels are inside footprint of screen cart sides, making carts easier to roll in and out of tight spaces.
• All powder coated and galvanized US steel parts.
• Easy Assembly - instructions included.
• Choose from 3 cart top options (top options explained below)

• Works with Shocker© & Kicker© 1 station printing presses. Works great with other brands of tabletop presses as well. (This cart is too tall for 2 & 4 station tabletop presses, please use NTL Shorty Cart for multi-station presses) Also works great for exposure units and other shop equipment.

EXPANDABILITY:

All of NTL carts are stackable and expandable. This means you can add another unit onto the top or side of your other cart, to make a tall or wide screen rack / cart. With this expandability, you won’t need to buy new carts when you’re ready to use it for a different purpose in your shop, you can simply add on to the cart you have.

CART TOP OPTIONS:

No Top: These are perfect for those DIY’ers that have a piece of wood they can use, want to make their own unique top or if you simply don’t need a top on your cart.

Metal Top: These are perfect for light weight on top of your cart. This would be things like inks, supplies, misc print shop tools. THIS TOP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MOUNTING HEAVY EQUIPMENT. Made of 20ga Steel.

Wood Top: These are perfect for placing anything with heavy weight on top of your cart. This would be things like printing presses, exposure units, etc. Made of ¾ White Laminate Wood.
