Returns Policy
All equipment and supplies available on neverthelessscreenprintingsupplies.com carry a limited 30 day return policy. The 30 day policy starts on the date payment is made. A 5-20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns, unless the item you received had a manufacture defect, or we made a mistake. If the item is not defective, the buyer will be responsible for original and return shipping and handling charges. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS, so there is not a delay in processing your returns.

Order Inspection Policy

Upon receipt of your package, please inspect all contents and make sure your order is correct and complete. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of package(s), if anything is missing or incorrect. We will always fix any issues immediately and re-ship any missing or damaged items quickly. 

If an order is not inspected within 48 hours of delivery, we are still available to help, but your claim will be handled at our discretion. As always, we want to make sure our customers are satisfied.    

Discount Codes & Coupons Policy
Only one discount code and/or coupon can be used per order, unless otherwise stated.  Offer good while supplies last. Non-transferable.

Shipping

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping offers apply to the Continental US 48 States Only.  We do ship to AK, HI, PR, GU, and VI.  Please contact us for a shipping quote to these locations.

Free Shipping on all orders over $150. Flat rate shipping of $9.95 on all orders under $150.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping method for Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping, and the shipping times map shown below may not apply to shipping on these orders.  The shipping map below only applies to orders that choose "UPS Ground" shipping at checkout. 

Orders over 15 lbs typically ship UPS Ground as the free or flat rate shipping method. Orders under 15 lbs may be shipped USPS or other economy shipping methods.

Supply Orders ship within 2-48 hours on "in stock" items.

Equipment and Large Kit orders ship within 1-4 business days.
