Triangle Reducer / Detacktifier for Plastisol Ink
Curable Reducer / Detackifier Additive
Having issues printing thick inks like whites or yellows? Then try adding some curable reducer! Think of reducer as “paint thinner” only for plastisol inks. Curable Reducer is a viscosity (thickness) reducer that will cure at a standard curing temperate between 320° F - 330°F, allowing the viscosity of standard plastisol inks to be lowered without fear of over reducing, resulting in ink curing problems.
Many screen printers add a small amount of reducer to all of their plastisol inks, as it helps prevent the screen from sticking to your garment after a print.
Adding in 5%-20% of reducer is common. There is not a set amount you can or can’t add to your ink, but remember: more you use, the less opaque your color will become.
Storage: Store at room temperature. KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT. DO NOT STORE NEAR DRYERS OR FLASH UNITS.
NOTE: All colors are made without the use of lead or heavy metal pigments, are Non-Phthalate Inks, and are CPSIA compliant.
Photo colors are for illustration purposes only. We try to match photo colors as accurately as possible, but please know all monitors / screens are different, so it's impossible to match 100%. If you have any questions, please contact us.
