Soft Hand / Fashion Base Additive for Plastisol Inks

Triangle Inks Soft Hand Base is mixed with standard plastisol inks to achieve a softer feel to the print. It is great when trying to achieve a texture similar to water based ink, especially when printed through higher mesh screens. It is generally used by screen printers producing high fashion garments, and anyone looking to get a softer, lighter, more comfortable feel out of their standard plastisol prints.

We recommend adding 15-25% soft hand base additive to a standard plastisol ink of your choosing, testing on a print, and adding more additive if desired. This is a great additive, so test and experiment, to find what works best for your needs. For best results and minimal color opacity loss, do not exceed 50% soft hand base. The more you use, the less opaque your color will become.

Storage: Store at room temperature. KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT. DO NOT STORE NEAR DRYERS OR FLASH UNITS.

NOTE: All colors are made without the use of lead or heavy metal pigments, are Non-Phthalate Inks, and are CPSIA compliant.
