Triangle Plastisol Ink - Opaque Low Bleed - Dolphin Orange

Description: Sta-True 1700 series plastisol is formulated for printing on polyester and 50/50 polyester/cotton blends for minimal bleed where normal plastisol films would be discolored due to the fabric dyes bleeding into the screen printed film. These inks are formulated for printing on a wide range of garments, including 100% cotton, 100% polyester, 50/50 and tri-blends. They stop dye migration from occurring in polyester blends.

For printing on:Polyester and 50/50 polyester/cotton blends.

Recommended Screen Mesh:60-160 screens are recommended.

Curing:  320° F TO 330°F depending on ink deposit, fabric type, ink color and dryer efficiency.

Printing:  Stir well before each use.

Clean-up:  Ink Removers - Kor-Chem IR-407 or BIO-1 / Press Washes - Kor-Chem PC-235 or ProWash

Storage:Store at room temperature. KEEP AWAY FROM HEAT. DO NOT STORE NEAR DRYERS OR FLASH UNITS.
