Xenon Hardener for Emulsion - 1 Gallon

Xenon Hardener for Emulsion is a one part chemical hardener designed to increase the water resistance of photo-emulsions. Xenon Hardener for Emulsion increases the print durability and reduces premature stencil breakdown when using waterbased and solvent screen printing inks. It is excellent for high humidity conditions. With some emulsions, Hardener may produce a waterproof stencil that is difficult to reclaim.  A pressure washer greatly helps the reclaim processes and (blank, insert product) works great for those stubborn reclaim jobs.

Directions:

1. Expose screen and thoroughly wash out image area.
2. Apply Xenon Hardener for Emulsion to both sides of a dry screen.
3. For best results, allow Xenon Hardener for Emulsion to dwell on the screen until it has completely evaporated.
